Home Care Assistant

Full-time with Competitive Pay

Location: DFW

Join our compassionate team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. We’re seeking dedicated Home Care Assistants who are passionate about providing exceptional care to seniors and individuals with disabilities in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with personal hygiene (bathing, dressing, grooming)
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Help with meal preparation and feeding assistance
  • Support mobility and safe movement throughout the home
  • Provide medication reminders and assistance
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks
  • Monitor and report changes in client condition
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and care team

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate, patient, and reliable personality
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Clean background check and drug screening
  • CPR certification preferred (we can help you obtain)
  • Flexibility to work various shifts
